Operative Leading Bastion

Due to large numbers of operators, squads decided to attempt infiltration and reconnaissance of Dola. Bastion Squad travelled off road to the Southern side of Dola in acquired UAZ transports. With additional squads staging in Maku as a QRF. After a successful pass through the city we decided to attempt an assault. Bastion took one of the UAZ with Defiance Squad taking another for covert entry into Dola. Citadel Squad provided a distraction to draw attention from the infiltration teams posing as a QRF patrol. Entry was met with contacts immediately who realised we were a hostile force. Squads coordinated in clearing and securing the city. After securing the city we had reports of enemy armour approaching and with assistance had the high threat targets removed by air support. After ensuring the area was clear Bastion contacted Stronghold requesting additional personnel to secure and entrench marking the area as a forward staging ground and outpost for us. After the additional security team arrived we returned to base, including returning the acquired UAZ vehicles.
