Mian is empty and has been for a while, since the clockmakers’ competition. People would normally have moved back in, but according to the Clockmaker, they have not. He doesn’t believe they should still be in Gorqan.
The Fisherman says they are probably in another town south, not Gorqan. Something feels fishy…
According to other intel, the valuables of the Mian inhabitants should be stored in a cave.

An initial inquiry into rival PMC activity and a fuel deal was completely compromised after an operator peeped into a local civilian’s house. The civilian and several locals accused the operator of being a pervert, forcing our squads to leave town. The civilian noted prior dealings with Westerners using similar but distinct vehicles. Musakhan North was clear but empty due to late-night hours.
We have done a deal for them together with the Fisherman, and thus they are now friendly.
